Late-breaking abstract submission is open from February 9 to March 13, 2026 (23:59 JST).
The review results will be announced by March 25, 2026.
This opportunity is provided for authors who wish to submit an abstract after the original submission deadline (November 24, 2025).

Submission Procedure
Please prepare your abstract in accordance with the Instructions to Authors and submit it via the submission link on this page.
Registration Requirement
After receiving the acceptance notification, presenters must complete early registration by April 10, 2026.
If early registration is not completed by the deadline, the accepted abstract will be considered invalid, and the submitting author will not be able to present the poster at the congress.

Instructions to Authors
Prospective authors are invited to submit an abstract related to one of the topics listed below for the poster session. Abstracts must be written in English and clearly describe the study. Abstracts based on previously published results will not be accepted. The length of the abstract must not exceed 400 words.

Important Notes
- All presenters must complete registration by April 10, 2026.
- One registration covers one accepted abstract. Each accepted abstract must be covered by at least one registration.
- The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) and ICAR Headquarters will not provide travel grants for late-breaking abstracts.
- Awards for students or young scientists from developing countries will not be available for late-breaking abstracts.
