Late breaking abstract submission (Advance notice)

We would like to announce that those who would like to prepare and submit an abstract after the submission deadline (November 24) will have the opportunity as follows:

-Duration: From February 9 (Mon) to March 13 (Fri).

-Procedure: The submission site will be reopened on February 9, 2026.

-Acceptance Letter: The final review result will be completed and sent to you by March 25, 2026.

-Registration: After receiving the acceptance letter, the “early registration” by April 10, 2026 will be required.

Please be aware that, if “early registration” will not be completed, the abstract will be considered invalid even if it has been accepted, and the submitted person will not be able to present the poster at the congress.

-LOC and ICAR headquarter will not provide any travel grants.
-The awards for students or young scientists in developing countries will not be provided for late-breaking abstracts.
