-One abstract can be submitted per registered participant. Conversely, if you submit an abstract, please be sure to complete registration. Please note that if you submit your abstract but do not registrar, the submitted abstract will be invalid.
-Onsite registration will not be applicable. Please complete online registration before May. 20, 2026.

-The term ‘SRD member’ refers to a member of the Society for Reproduction and Development.
-The term ‘Student’ refers exclusively to full-time students and does not include working adults or part-time learners.
-Please note that participants who will register for 'Presymposium only' are not permitted to attend the main session beginning from June 23.
The participants who registered for the main session can attend the Presymposium (June 22) without additional fee.
-Consumption Tax (10%)

Invoice and Receipt
-You can download your receipt from "Download Receipt" on your log in page after your payment is completed.

Cancellation Policy
Until March 31, 2026: No cancellation Fees.
On and after April 1, 2026 : 100% Registration Fee (No Refund)
Invitation Letter for VISA
If you need a visa to enter Japan, please check the registration page and contact the secretariat. The secretariat will send the application form for an invitation letter to you by email. Please note that the procedure requires a fee of 7,000 JPY. Once we receive your completed application and payment, the invitation letter will be issued within approximately five business days.
